More about Dr. Eichinger
Dr. Eichinger currently studies the neuroscience of the brain, which will be the focus of his presentation at our scholar event.
He has more than 55 years of experience as an industrial psychologist in numerous roles from corporate leadership to founding and managing of his own company, Lominger. For many of you who have worked in local corporations, you are familiar with the Lominger tools which he and his partner, Michael Lombardo, developed.
He is a frequent speaker and workshop leader for companies, associations, and professional groups. Dr. Eichinger is a senior executive coach, and has co‑authored many articles and books and tools on executive and organizational development. He was on the adjunct staff of The Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC, and with Michael Lombardo, is co-designer of The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of 60 management, executive and organizational development tools.
He served two terms as a Board Member of HRPS and has received a life time achievement award from ASTD (American Society of Training and Development) and the Alumni of the year at the University of Minnesota working on the redesign of undergraduate education.
